I have Alcala family that has one record for the area of Valparaiso even though his siblings say they are from Fresnillo and Lavor de Marquez, Jerez Zacatecas. The records have them as Mulato, Mestiso and Espanol so take your pick but this is the one that says he is from Valparaiso. Some records say Alcala and some say Alcalan, Julian's brother Tiburcio Alcala is my direct ancestor through is son Marcial Alcala, his childrens records say Espanol!

First of all thank you for responding to my post, for the last 4-5 years I have been resurging the web for records for the Alcala within Zacatecas and Jalisco.
I have records of seven generations including my sons, I would like to go one more level I am searching for any information on Agusting Alcala born around 1785.
